Feedback & Complaints


Providing a good service is important to us, so we're always delighted to receive positive feedback from our clients. However should you be dissatisfied with any aspect of our service you can let us know by sending us a message using the email form above, or by completing our Client Satisfaction Survey form. Alternatively you can write to us at the address above. Letting us know when you're unhappy provides us with the opportunity to put matters right for you, and to improve our service for everyone else.

If we are unable to resolve a matter to your satisfaction we will pass your complaint on for investigation to In Partnership, the FCA authorised firm which we are an Appointed Representative of. Full details of how complaints are dealt with and your rights are included in In Partnership's Customer Disputes Resolution Process leaflet. This leaflet also explains that although the Financial Ombudsman Service asks that you give the financial business you’re unhappy with a chance to sort things out, you can decide at any point during an investigation of a complaint to exercise your right to refer the matter to them.
